  Can't really fault the overall experience much, other than there could do with being a sign or something to confirm to people walking from the arrivals at the airport to the car park you are in the correct place to wait for the shuttle. If there is one, I couldn't see it. But other than that I was very happy. We waited 5 minutes for the shuttle and it isn't far from the airport to the office. The car was ready, clean and quite new, although for some reason the bluetooth and auxiliary input had been deactivated? The staff were pleasant and it didn't take long to get out on the road or to drop the car off.

  When you rent a child seat they are not willing to help and put it in. Something about not wanting responsibility about wrong placing in the car. However the overall quality of the very old child seat makes you wonder about their responsibility in case of a serious accident anyways.

  We got a car with 7K km on the display (so virtually new) but the previous renters (probably fully insured) have trashed the car. While there were only 3 damages listed for the car we had to add 7 additional damages (not small either) While driving away we also noticed the backside bumper was completely loose. It went up and down while driving. Coming back to Centauro they could (or did not want) to help us switch to a reasonably safer car. We actually bought duct tape to make sure we would not leave parts of the car all over ibiza.

  Returning the car all seemed fine but 2 days after we got back home we received notice that we will be billed 300 EUR for a severely damaged bumper. Are you kidding??!

  Please note that they do not seem to check damages on the car if the previous renter had full insurance. So when you rent without full insurance it is your responsibility to check for damages of the previous renter. You are basically doing their work.

  We were not aware they offer a shuttle bus from the airport to their offices, but it's within walking distance so that was not a problem at all. I booked the car directly through their website just the night before and everything was easy and we are really pleased with the car we got and the serviced provided by the lovely staff. However the car was really dirty and another con is that you have to drop the car in Ibiza, so if you're in San Antonio or any other town in the island that can be a bit disappointing and uncomfortable.

  Had to return our car after a day because of some problem with it. Watch out with the hidden extras. We had about €40 added to our bill for the privilege of a quarter of a tank of fuel. The rest of the fuel was on me for the holiday. You can be 100% guaranteed that when we drove that thing back in at the end of our stay it was on vapour

  As last year, the team at Centauro are wonderful! Very friendly and efficient service from start to end! I was worried about the late arrival of our flight, but the shuttle was waiting for us with a smile! The upgrade was unexpected but fully appreciated! See you next time we visit Ibiza!
